Highlights from Mexico City Design Week - 2024

I just got back from Mexico City Design Week and wanted to show a few pieces that I felt were very special. It was hard to pick just a few to share with you, and this does not include any of the art pieces.

Custom Console Table

 

The elegant arches carved out of marble make this console table a true work of art. I love the perfect simplicity of it. The stone artisans of Mexico are incredibly talented.

Living Chair - TANA KAREI

I have several pieces from Tana Karie. I love their pieces. They are high quality and have a beautiful simplicity. They are designed in house and made by local craftspeople. Truly incredible pieces.

Lighting - davidpompa

 

Pictures do not do this lighting justice. Carved by hand out of the local volcanic rocks this lighting collection is truly an amazing minimalist work of art and simplicity.

Mirror - ewestudio

 

This mirror by my friend Manuel is just stunning. Made with hammered and polished copper that is then tarnished by fire - it is truly a work of functional art. He also has a round mirrors and chairs in this same collection. He is truly talented.
